Dash-Trick: .qmail-foobar files?

Is there a way i can use .qmail-something files with the dash-trick?
i had been using the .qmail-/ "syntax" which i liked a lot...
i would prefer "mailcontrol/" though.

I've not yet looked deeply enough into the qmail-dashtrick patch to check
wheter it tries .qmail-something... does anybody know if it does?
