Long: qmail-reply is not only for vacation messages, it is also for
auto-replys like "Thank you for the mail, we will respond to it ASAP"
qmail-reply checks if mailing-list: is present or Precedence is set to
junk, list or bulk. It also does not send mail to some special mail addresses
(root, postmaster ...).
qmail-reply does not store any information. Therefor we do not have a
auto-reply loop protection like vacation. qmail-reply uses the deliverd-to
mechanism to detect loops and does not respond to list, bulk or junk
mails. I know it is not perfect but it is not our deal to fix the bugs of
other programs.
