Hi all,

I have a new qmail+ldap POP toaster config that is up and running, but
mail delivery seems to be hosed.

Incoming mail seems to take ages and ages to arrive. I have not yet
worked out why though - but I have a feeling this has something to do
with the fact that the email server has a fake IP address NATed to a
real one - will this make a difference?

Outgoing mail is also a problem - delivery to an Exim server we used for
testing failed with an odd message "error writing to spool file", even
though there was nothing wrong with the spool file.

Forward and reverse DNS are set up correctly.

Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to delve into this further, I was
hoping to find out whether any of this behavior rings any bells before I
delve into it properly on monday.

Regards,
Graham
