Documentation for TLS (STLS, pop3ds)

With help from old posts to this list, along with stunnel
documentation, I successfully configured qmail-ldap to
accept SMTP and POP3 sessions with TLS.

I'd be happy to write this up for
www.lifewithqmail.org/ldap
if noone else is planning on it.
