There is a perlscript called popfetch.pl that can be used to move all
mails form host a to host b. Just add it in your pop3 chain after auth_pop
and befor qmail-pop3d. AFAIK you also need a little modification in
auth_pop (arg0 and arg1 need to be set to the username and the password).

So with a bit of hacking you can copy all your customers mail to a new
qmail-ldap system.
