The problem was that earlier QmailLDAP/Controls patches had the SMTPAuth
patch included. But since I started to get behind on that part (and other
reasons, one being that Henning had a 'misc stuff that is nice to have'
patch :), I decided to remove everything, and only (!!) include the
QmailLDAP/Controls stuff in the patch. What you see here is some remnants
that I had forgot to remove...
I've done so in the patch done today...

(the last patch is only needed if running Debian GNU/Linux, and you like
