http://www.adfinis.com/projects/phpQLAdmin/ might be the thing you are 
searching for. Anyway, I'm working on another project like this, but I'm 
not sure when it will be stable enough for a release.. :) (It's somewhat 
custom-built for my system, needs a lot of work ;)
