http://www.cosy.sbg.ac.at/~andi/ has what you're looking for. They even
have a package in Solaris 8 format. I'm surprised you were even able to
install OpenSSL without first having it... If you hacked OpenSSL to
pieces to get it to install, first get this ANDIrand package and then
re-install OpenSSL.
