Well, here I am with my tail between my legs....
After spending all day working on this problem, it turns out that the relaying
was caused by my not having what I thought I had in my smtp.cdb for tcpserver.
There was no buffer overflow...I was relaying no matter what.
As far as the qmail crashing goes...well, I wasn't able to reproduce that
myself, so I may still have another problem...or I may not.
Anyway, I apologize for anybody's time that I wasted although my time was
wasted more than anyone else's.
Incidently, I figured this out while trying to figure out how to set the debug
level to 3.
