Finally I've put up a copy of the entire ezmlm qmail-ldap archive

Doing the next qmail-ldap release is a little bit difficult at the
moment because the harddisk of our cvs server is having more and more
read errors. This is no danger since we multiple copies of the repo
but I haven't found the time yet to replace the disk.
