I am have never used the Debian qmail-src package, but I can guess that it
probably has some of the qmail patches already installed that are conflicted
with the qmail-ldap patch.
Download the original qmail package from qmail.org then add the qmail-ldap
patch, it has a good list of general qmail fixes with it (such as the
oversized dns) so you'd say don't worry about missing out on anything that
came with the Debian qmail-src.
