i can't see any lines in the debug output telling me that slapd is parsing
your schema files. but they have to be there, when slapd prints out the
lines of your slapd.conf. (they're both loglevel 64)
if you deleted them, check wether slapd correctly recognizes the qmailUser
objectclass.
