domain aliasing trouble

Hello,

The lifewithqmail.org/ldap page gives a trick for domain aliasing. 
But it doesn't work if there is a dash (-) in the address. 
For example [EMAIL PROTECTED] won't pass through .qmail-mail.domain.com-default, 
and qmail-ldap will try to find [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Is it a bug on my system ? 
Is there any workaround ?
