Virtual Mail Server on Qmail

I am using qmail-ldap 1.03 as a mail server for our organization. We are
also providing virtual mail hosting for our clients.
How can i create the email ids for our clients who are using us as virtual
mail for their domain.

my domain name is :             hclinfinet.com
domain (for virtual mail):      testhelper.com

I want to create some email ids for testhelper.com. How can i do.

Please Send some help on this.
