the dash trick patch is only for a qmail-ldap patched source... i don't know
if there's a version for the control patch too...
both make changes to qmail-lspawn.c, maybe you can manually edit
qmail-lspawn.c after patching with control patch... and add the dash trick
like this.. but i think this would be a little bit tricky...
