I went through a patching mismatch episode, a few days ago, creating a new
build.  Use qmail-ldap-1.03-200103 patch instead.. 5 is unstable and has
bugs.  Hit http://www.lifewithqmail.com/ldap/ and grab the LATEST dash
trick patch.. it should be 0501.  Apply 20010301, then dash-0501, and that
should yield a working setup, I believe.
