While its not the best solution, it would be pretty simple to store a
procmailrc base64 encoded in a ldap attribute and dump the file to
$HOME/.procmailrc when it is modified.  or it would be pretty easy to hack
up procmail to just pull the procmailrc from the directory (still base64
encoded) and use that for processing, although someone with a large
procmailrc that gets a lot of mail delivered could really hammer the
directory, which is why I am leaning a little more towards dumping the
procmailrc to a file.
