     I've written a patch to do this and a number of other things (but it
includes the auth patch) relative to the 0802-i patch Claudio posted a
link for a while back.  It also adds the ability to restrict smtp relaying
(for authorized users) to only the mail accounts they have, rather than
any [EMAIL PROTECTED] address they want [pipes the mail accounts from
auth_smtp back to qmail-smtpd].
    However, I haven't found a ftp home for it as of yet.  And it needs
more vigorous testing.
