I've an adapted version of qmail-ldap-1.03-20010501.patch ...it's still
in beta but it seems to work fine with the other patches:
- qmail-ldap-1.03-20010802-i.patch
- smtp-auth-20010801.patch
- smtp-after-pop-20010801.patch
- smtp-after-imap-20010801.patch
- rbltag-20010801.patch
- dashext-20010801.patch
- mxps-qmtp-20010801.patch
