use qmail-ldap-1.03-20010801.patch instead

im getting the following error compiling qmail+ldap+smtp-auth
./compile -DQLDAP_CLUSTER -I/usr/local/include checkpassword_smtp.c
checkpassword_smtp.c:29: output.h: No such file or directory
*** Error code 1
m using qmail 1.03, qmail-ldap-1.03-20010501.patch, and
smtp-auth-20010801.patch. is there something that i am missing?
qmail+ldap compiled fine, but qmail+ldap+smtp-auth throws that error.
am i using the proper patch ver.? both patches appeared to apply
without problems.
any thoughts?
