Hi all
While compiling qmail-ldap with auth_smtp patch, I encountered this problem :

checkpassword_smtp.c
checkpassword_smtp.c:29: output.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [checkpassword_smtp.o] Error 1

I can't find output.h in my both linux and solaris box. So I wanna know what is it ?
And where can I get it or another way to completely compile
checkpassword_smtp.c
