Due to some nasty bugs in qmail-ldap-20010501 i never used it in production
and never tested the 0501 patches well; the version available is in fact
contributed.
Make you life easier with using qmail-ldap's 20010802 interims release from
diehard.n-r-g.com and the 20010801 additional patches.
