I have a question about the safety of the pop3 daemon that comes with qmail-ldap. I really would like to have a mail machine outside our firewall. I will juse enable qmail-smtpd from the outside, along with qmail-pop3d. SSH will be open only from our own network. I know qmail itself is very safe, but how safe is the pop3d daemon? Has it been audit'ed by any security person? Lastly, is there an easy way of configuring openldap to only listen on 127.0.0.1 and not on all interfaces? -- - Torgeir
