I've implemented SASL, SSL and TLS connection to the LDAP server. Only SSL have been successfully tested. TLS and SASL _SHOULD_ work, but I have not been able to test this currently...
This patch includes QmailLDAP/Controls (latest), the SASL, SSL and TLS stuff, so be warned! It applies clean on Qmail v1.03 + QmailLDAP v20011001a.
