Notably this is missing from the ezmlm section in the life-with-qmail
faq, which gives this:

In fact the only reference to "catchall" in the FAQ are two lines in the
sample LDIF entry, but with no explanation of their significance. I'm
sure catchall is mentioned in the docs, but it is not mentioned in the
context of setting up ezmlm.
