Hi Przemyslaw:

You can't use OpenLDAP this way, 'cause OpenLDAP hasn't this
funcionality. Instead, you can simply configure the attribute
uniqueness plugin in the iPlanet Directory Server 4.16 (or Netscape 4.x
Directory Servers) for Linux (http://www.iplanet.com/downloads/patches/)
to reach mail uniqueness, uid uniqueness and/or mailalternateaddress
uniqueness depending on which branch tree are you putting your users.
