My qmail-ldap qmail-remote doesn't attempt delivery to the secondary MX if
the primary is down. Stock qmail-remote does not have this problem, so I
think it is specific to qmail-ldap.

The particular domain I am currently trying to deliver to is midmaine.com.
Could some other qmail-ldap users try sending mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]? If you get a bounce, then its working right. If it
sticks in your queue and the log says "Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an
SMTP connection" then you're having the same problem as me.

I have found that if I recompile qmail-remote with dns.c from the stock
qmail, then it works. Could it be that the patches qmail-ldap makes to dns.c
have a bug?
