Dear all,

We are an ISP from India. We provide Global Roaming service to our
subscribers through IPASS.
When our users go out from India, and they dial to our ISP they are
connected to our ISP and got some dynamic IP from the Local ISP at that
location. This IP does not belong to our IP Range.

They are able to connect to our ISP setup, They can browse successfully and
they can receive their mails fairly.

But the problem in using my SMTP server. they are not able to send the
mails through our SMTP server as I have blocked my SMTP server for outside
IPs. Every time they get some different IP from the Local ISP available at
the User Location, I can not make it open for all world IPs.

Please put some light in this Regard

Thanks in Advance

Sandeep Goel
