Hi all!

I've a problem with the local delivery in my qmail-ldap-control setup.
If I send a message to a user in the system, everything seems to be fine in the syslog.
But when I look in the Maildir, there are no e-mails!

Here is a part from the log:

Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.628526 new msg 1959344
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.628629 info msg 1959344: bytes 753 from
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> qp 21499 uid 1018
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.654717 starting delivery 62: msg 1959344 to
local [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.654823 status: local 1/10 remote 0/50
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.694208 delivery 62: success: did_1+0+0/
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.694309 status: local 0/10 remote 0/50
Jan 12 03:48:25 staff qmail: 1010803705.694331 end msg 1959344

And I tried to debug the qmail-local command that qmail-lspawn executes,
so I made up a wrapper for qmail-local that logged arguments to a file:

-- su123456 /var/qmail/alias//staff-sudac-org/mrphonig/Maildir mrphonig
staff.sudac.org [EMAIL PROTECTED] ./Maildir

If I try to execute qmail-local with these arguments from the shell, I get the usage
message.
But if the arguments are wrong (as I can see, dash and ext are missing) wouldn't that
error show up in the syslog?

The ldap entry looks like this:

staff# qmail-ldaplookup -m [EMAIL PROTECTED]
<cut>
                uid: su123456
                uidNumber: 1012
                gidNumber: 1013
                accountStatus: active
                mailMessageStore: /var/qmail/alias/staff-sudac-org/mrphonig/Maildir
                homeDirectory: (null pointer)
                mailHost: staff.sudac.org
                mailLocalAddress: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                mailAlternateAddress: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                                 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                mailQuota: 1000000S,100C
mailRoutingAddress: no entry in the database
deliveryProgramPath: no entry in the database
qmailDotMode: no entry in the database
                deliveryMode: normal
mailReplyText: no entry in the database
<cut>

.. so, why doesn't the e-mails show up in my Maildir's? Everything seems to be ok,
right? =)

Johan Andersson
