I have noticed (as I have been one of them) that some people who are fresh to this
list ask for help without supplying information about thier system (control files,
logs etc etc). Or not even proving to the list that they have done the basic
config/setup/system checks.
I have also noticed that on http://www.nrg4u.com that there is no mailing list FAQ.

I could offer a patch..
with some notes on how to approach the mailing list
and add links to http://www.lifewithqmail.org/ldap and http://www.qmail.org -- after
reading the rich content on those sites most people will be able to solve thier own
problems, perhaps they may learn to use strace/truss on the way or even $LOGLEVEL!

if this list isnt really designed for such questions/newbie help, could somebody offer
to host a qmail-ldap-general list
where such nonsense could be allowed :O)

Obviously Gene Parks will not recieve any help on this question.
Perhaps best for everybody that we help to educate and get some better content in here
:O)

you have a good following, your software *really really* helps us.

ells..
