The other would be like Iplanet/Netscape LDAP libraries. Or any other
libraries that are not OpenLDAP.

The reason I ask is when you apply the patch and get everything set in
the Makefile for the alternate libraries and then make. The make goes
fine until about half way when it comes back and says there is no rule
for -lldap.

Now the only thing in the Makefile that references this is the OPENLDAP
section. In the 05112001 (pretty sure on the date or at least close)
patch you can take out the OpenLDAP section and everything will run and
compile and be all nice. If you leave it in things happen.

In the new patch even if you take the OpenLDAP section out the make
still fails with the same message.

Just wanted to know if anyone else ran into this problem.

Also does anyone know of someone who can right the ldap lookup with
Dynamic BaseDN based on domain in the login?

Thanks
Gene
