It really depends on how a "blank line" is defined, ie. does whitespace count? My personal inclination is to be conservative and say "yes, whitespace does count as blanks, and that therefore a line consisting only of whitespace is a blank line". > Can anybody verify it with e.g. ezmlm or what ever tries to parse qsmbf > messages?
