I allready answered this. There is a known bug in 20020501a qmail-quotawarn program (I changed the name of quotawarnings to be more maildir++ stile (timestamp.pid.host,S=size[:...]) and while doing that I forgot to resize the buffers for the filenames (on my test machine this did not cause sig 11 so I did not realize this obvious bug)).
