I use it and like it. Very nicely integrated with qmail. Have multiple lists of at least a few thousand...
EZMLM-WEB is a web based admin (http://rucus.ru.ac.za/~guy/ezmlm/#ezmlm-web) which is functional but could do with a user-interface upgrade.
