mail and mailalternate address are only used for searches qmail-ldap is
not interested in those infos. AFAIK having multiple addresses in the mail
attribute should have no effect on qmail-ldap.
Some rfc or schema specifies that mail is the main mail address and a
single value attribute.

You can use the mail attribute to store all addresses but don't
come whining to use when your mail does not get delivered.
