maildir and pop problem

Hello All,   I installed qmail-ldap successfully and working.   1. my first problem is i'm not able to create the maildir automatically. The qmail delivers the mail if i create a mail directory manually. please help me in creating the maildirectory automatically.   2. next is i'm using qmail-pop3d for pop. here i'm not able to pop mails of ldap user, but i'm able to pop the mails of system user.   Regards, Keerthi
