Thank you very much for the feedback Mike.

In fact, I think that it would be great to have qmail + ldap + ldapcontrol
+ smtpauth + qmailqueue patches all at the same time. (I bet D.J.
Bernstein will be scandalized of such this modifications, but .. hey! I
need them :-P)
