qmail-ldap-control

Hi
I am installing qmail-ldap (last snapshot) and I try to apply 
qmail-ldap-control patch. This patch isn't updated and when I try to apply it 
fail with some files. I contact with author and I write now to qmail-ldap 
list, to propose join qmail-ldap-control with qmail-ldap and selecting it at 
compile time (an option on Makefile for example). I want to know what do you 
think about it (and would be nice to add smtp-auth patch too) and if any has 
update this patch himself.
