qmail-ldap + qmail-ldap-control

I'm trying to use qmail-ldap with qmail-ldap-control but if I use the
lastest version the patch not succesfully correctly, anyone have any idea
about future implementation of qmail-ldap-control with qmail-ldap ?
The last version of qmail-ldap patch need NULL Define in maildir++.c
