Both are good except I don't know how sqWebMail works I mean I don;t know from where it reads passwords (same as pop3 and IMAP with use of external authentication moudule or internaly using vpopmail API) but in any case if u use squirrelmail (www.squirrelmail.org) you don't care about that , then both of these works ok (same)
