If you have both mailmessagestore and homedirectory defined. The default
delivery option is set to mailmessagestore and $HOME points to
homedirectory. Virtual users should not have a homedirectory defined at
least in my opinion.

Probably you should start sqwebmail with different options (./ instead of
./Maildir/) or do not use homedir or change LDAP_HOMEDIR in qmail-ldap.h
to something unused (see also QLDAPINSTALL / QLDAPNEWS).
