The problem is that for each delivery attempt it successfuly delivers
the message to the maildir (ldap delivery) but gives a deferral for the
.qmail delivery (for instance deferral: /bin/sh:_/usr/bin/zbr:
_No_such_file_or_directory/) so the message stays on queue.

This repeats later on giving the queue retrial, resulting in multiple
deliveries => duplicate messages.
