This error is caused by auth_pop:
if ( qldap_errno == LDAP_INIT ) _exit(1);
Some error occured while trying to connect to the LDAP server. Perhaps you don't have an ldapServer or ldapBaseDN in your control DN? Does qmail deliver mail properly? Does anything show up in the qmail-pop3d logs or in the qmail-send logs? Have you followed the directions from lifewithqmail.org/ldap?

I already set the new ldap schema with all the values of the control files,
and already created then "ldapcontroldn" file with basedn of control schema.
