Multiple uid

I'm using qmail-ldap as mail server for more than 50000 users, with a single domain name.
I would like to let my users access their mailbox, throught pop3 or imap, with different usernames: es mark or mark@realm or mark@domain should point to a unique mailMessageStore.
Does anybody have solved such a problem?
