Hi there
i m planning to use qmail in the following senerio
kindly let me know whether its possible with qmail or
not ,
1) There will be "N" installations of qmail at N
different locations.
2) all the "N" locations are connected to the net by
independent Link.
3) all the N networks are connected with eachother
with a saperate Link.
4) data for all the users (their mails/uid/password)
etc every thing will be stored at that perticular
locations only.
now the requirement is as follows
1) users Located at location say X should receive
their mails through the link X1 (which is the link
from location X to the internet and not the link from
location x to other locations).
2) all the user's from all the N locations should have
mail id of the form of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]".
does any one think this is possible , bcoz as
far as my self is concern i dont think this is
possible without creating "N" no of subdomains and
giving users mail id of the form of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
if any one knows any method to achive this sort of
mailing design then kindly let me know how can i
achive this .
i would to be grateful to all of you kindly provide
me your inputs on the above design so that i can
atlest convience our management to use other form of
design for mailing
