Anyway, I must say it's quite fast, the fastest webmail you could try for non-huge mailboxes.
Courier-IMAP is *EASY* to install, and with it installed you can choose from a HUGE FULLY-FUNCTIONAL and EASY TO CUSTOMIZE webmail software out there ;)

I just went through all of this and the answer is quite simple really. You can offer IMAP along with your POP3 or not. The recommended IMAP really is CourierIMAP. It offers you a choice of either format. That is what I am doing. For Webmail you can use SQWebmail, the same people that make CourierIMAP, http://inter7.com
If I understand right, SQWebmail accesses the Maildirs directly so there is no POP3 or IMAP going on. It runs from cgi-bin on the webserver. Authentication can be done through the LDAP server just like the LWQL says, although it would have been nice to have more than a statement saying it was possible (grin). I did it and it works. The biggest hurdle is making the authModule work. And making sure it uses the right authmodule to begin with. The daemon I had started using the wrong module to do the LDAP authentication. Good luck. Let me know if you need more help.

Such a question is quite silly, IMHO. Altought YES there are many POP3-webmail software out there, POP3 is NOT the way to go with WebMail. Don't using IMAP for this just because one doesn't want to is quite silly. Anyway, http://www.uebimiau.sili.com.br/, http://nocc.sourceforge.net/Anthony escribio':Hi,
I installed a Qmail+ldap server. Now I want to enable Webmail service to
this server.
Any Suggestion? I means POP3.
I am looking a POP3 Webmail program that support Maildir & Ldap for a long
time. But failed.
I DON'T want to use IMAP. I know there are many IMAP Webmail Programs.
Thanks in advance!!
