Maildirs don't have a limit only your host system will slow down if you have more than a few thousand emails in one dir. I have some maildirs with up to 7000 emails in it without a problem, only opening those boxes in MUAs is crippling slow. The quota algorithm has problems with Maildirs with more than 4GB mails and or more than 4 billion messages because of a u_int33 overflow. -- :wq Claudio
