Inactive users

Helo! 

I would like to delete inactive (not used, not checked) mail accounts and 
mail boxes. 

1. Want to filter users, who who hadn't checked e-mails via POP3, IMAP or 
webmail.
2. few months (weeks) after the latest access, set the AccountStatus 
attribute to "deleted" and set the AccountPurge attribute
3. Deleting accounts and mailboxes periodically (from cron). 

But how can I determine, whether the users check via POP3, IMAP or Webmail. 

Any idea???
