I tried the cvs schema but no it still does not work. I get the same:

/usr/local/libexec/slapd -u daemon

I've done some modifications to the schema in CVS, that might work.
I've put it online at

        http://phpqladmin.bayour.com/phpQLAdmin.schema.txt

This is version 2.11 of the schema. Version 2.0.8 of phpQLAdmin comes
with 2.10, so the change might work...
