qmail-smtpd) has recorded this

I verified in the database that my ip isn't listed so everything looks ok,
but :
Why the sender could send his DATA ???? When I try this, when i send RCPT
TO, my server tell me 'we do not relay', and
I can't send any data !!! How this were possible ???
